All illustrations and images created by Felicity Buchanan remain the property of Felicity Buchanan Designs unless it is agreed that the copyright is sold and this is stated in the sale. Felicity Buchanan retains the right to use any illustration to promote her work.

Any illustration by Felicity Buchanan used in anyway must contain a credit to show that Felicity Buchanan is the artist.

Permission must be given and a price agreed if any illustration is used commercially.

Felicity Buchanan retains the right to produce prints from original artwork even after it’s been sold.

Returns

Due to the bespoke and fragile nature of the work I am unable to accept returns on original pieces and commissions.

I will accept returns of my limited edition prints on the condition they are returned in absolutely perfect sealed condition, and at the return cost of the customer. If you feel you need to return one of my limited edition prints please email me at felicitybuchanandesigns@gmail.com to discuss the next steps. Return requests must be completed within 14 days.
